RETURNS

We want you to love your new gear but If your item is not quite right we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Send us an email at sales@hunterandcocollective.com.au with your name and order number and let us know the issue.

The item will then need to be posted back to us at your expense. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the original postage cost is non refundable.

The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, and unwashed.

Company Disclaimer: Hunter & Co Collective reserves the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the product does not meet our refund policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). If your item has a fault please get in touch with us so we can resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges on personalised products, or custom orders.
These sales are final so please choose carefully.

Sadly we do not accept the return of sale items. All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to what you have ordered – please email us as soon as possible at sales@hunterandcocollective.com.au and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit or direct replacement.

Please note that Hunter & Co Collective does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.
