Return Policy

We do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges on personalised products, custom orders, or sale items.
These sales are final so please choose carefully.

If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or issue you with a store credit. If your item has a fault please get in touch with us so we can resolve the issue.
Send us an email at sales@hunterandcocollective.com.au with your name and order number and let us know the issue.

The item will then need to be posted back to us at your expense. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the original postage cost is non refundable.

Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for is our flat rate fee of $8.50 for Australian packages.
The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, and unwashed.
Returns must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date.

Company Disclaimer: Hunter & Co Collective reserves the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the product does not meet our refund policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer. We do not offer refunds.
